Preparing for your carpet cleaning appointment Stow Ohio

We recently had a lady in Stow Ohio, call about carpet cleaning, and like many do, asked what she needed to do to prepare for her carpet cleaning appointment.  Here is a short list of do’s and (please) don’ts to make your cleaning as smooth as possible.

-Please remove all breakables from furniture to be moved.  If practical, please remove all breakables from rooms to be carpet cleaned.

-Please put pets away so they will not be in danger.  Feel free to bring them to the door to meet the carpet cleaning technicians so they will feel at ease.  We love pets!

-Please allow as much of your driveway to be free as possible.  Please move any cars that you will need during the appointment out to the street before we arrive, so there won’t be a delay if you need to run out while we’re cleaning.

-Our standard cleaning price includes vacuuming, so there’s no need to worry about that.  If you have numerous pets, and lots of hair, however, you may want to run through the open areas before we arrive.

-Please ask us about ScotchGard protector for your clean carpet and upholstery.  Scotchgard can protect against spots and spills after carpet cleaning.

-Please do not move furniture into the center of the room.  When carpet cleaning, we will move the furniture into the center of the room after it is vacuumed and pre-treated.  We will then clean the less soiled areas under the furniture while our pre-treatment works on the soil in the main part of the room.  Without this critical dwell time, the cleaning quality may be compromised.

-Please do not hesitate to ask us questions!  If you see a spot, shadow, or anything you’re not sure about after the cleaning, please point it out to us and we’ll look at it together.   If you have additional tile, carpet, or furniture that you would like to have cleaned, let us know.  We allow extra time in our schedule to accomodate  most additional cleaning requests.
